Terms and conditions
Who runs the site
Party Island Group, Maltese VAT number MT32283622. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +34 646 898 488 or by replying to any email we have sent you.
What the site does
It presents the Party Island destinations, their venues and a selection of their nights, using what each destination publishes on its own website, and links to that website. No bookings, payments or reservations are made here, and the site does not sell travel, accommodation or packages.
Buying tickets
Tickets are bought on the website of each destination and sold by GetYourTickets, whose own conditions of sale govern your purchase. Your contract for a ticket is with GetYourTickets and, through it, with the organiser of the event: prices, availability, refunds and any change to an order are handled under their terms, not ours. Some experiences on a destination website, such as boat trips in Malta, are booked through WhatsApp instead.
Events, venues and door rules
Each night is run by its organiser and its venue. They decide the door policy, dress code, minimum age, opening hours and line-up, and an event may be changed or cancelled by them. On the night, their rules are the ones that count; we have no say over their decisions, including refusing someone entry, and are not liable for them.
How current the information is
Dates, venues and nights shown here come from each destination's website and are refreshed regularly, but they can fall behind between updates. Check the night on the destination's website before you travel or buy; if the two differ, the destination's website and its ticket page are right.
The Party Island Club
The Club is a free email list with new Party Island dates from every destination. You join by giving your email address and ticking its box, and you can leave at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. Being in the Club doesn't reserve a place, a ticket or a price. We may change the Club or close it; if we close it, we stop writing. The privacy policy explains how we look after your email address.
The chat assistant
When it is switched on, the chat assistant answers with an AI model, using what the Party Island websites publish. It can get things wrong, so check the date, the price and the details on the party's page of the destination's website before you book. It can't book, hold or change anything for you, and nothing it says is an offer or a promise. Please don't type sensitive personal information into it.
Age
The site and the Club are for adults aged 18 or over.
Using the site fairly
You are welcome to read the site, share its pages and link to them. Please don't republish its texts, data or images, harvest its content with automated tools, sign other people up to the Club, send automated sign-ups or messages, try to get round the chat assistant's rules, disrupt the site or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Names, logos and content
The Party Island brand and its logos, and the texts, design and structure of the site, belong to us or are used with permission. Venue names, event names and posters belong to their owners and appear only to identify their venues and nights. Who took each photo, and under which licence, is listed on the photo credits page.
Liability
We take care over what we publish, but the site and the chat assistant are offered as they are. Within the limits the law allows, we accept no liability for losses caused by using the site, by relying on its information or on the assistant's answers, by what ticket sellers, organisers or venues do, or by interruptions we cannot control. None of this limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Links to other sites
Links take you to the Party Island destination websites and to WhatsApp. Those services set their own rules and privacy terms, and what they publish is their responsibility.
Privacy and cookies
The privacy policy and the cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies. They are part of these terms.
Applicable law and disputes
Maltese law governs these terms. Consumers living in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. If you have a problem, tell us on WhatsApp first and we will look for a friendly solution with you. If that does not work, the dispute goes to the courts of Malta, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live.
Changes and translations
These terms may change over time; the latest version published on this page is the one that applies. They are written in English and translated into the other languages of the site. If a translation and the English text ever differ, the English text prevails, without taking away any right the law gives you as a consumer.
